At FINTECHMATTERS 2019 we will have an exhibition space where all of the attendees will be able to walk around and network with the exhibitors. Along with a dedicated area you have the option to add a small screen so you have the ability to showcase your product.

Services included:

  • 2m² exhibition area
  • 1x high table, chairs, electricity
  • Branded wall approx. 1m x 2m
  • Communication as Exhibitor & logo placements on event website, newsletters etc.

Optional *:

  • 25″ Screen to showcase your product, integrated into the high table

Refund and cancellation policy

All cancellations must be received in writing. We cannot accept any verbal cancellations.

If you have to cancel your participation for good reason before that time following should be applicable:

  •  for cancellations later than 4 week before the event, no refund will be granted.
  • cancellations 4-8 weeks before the event will be charged a 50% administration fee.
  • cancellations 8 weeks and earlier before the event will be charged a 20% administration fee.
  • cancellations received after this time are liable for the full conference fee.

We suggest you send a substitute to attend in your place at no extra cost. Therefore please let us know in written form who should be entitled to participate on your behalf.

If owing to a force majeure, FINTECHMATTERS is obliged to postpone or cancel the event FINTECHMATTERS will not be liable for any travel or accommodation expenses incurred by delegates or their organisations.

Badge swapping with other registered/non-registered delegates is against our company policy and will not be permitted.
